We're reaching out to you as members who have been affected by our educational programming in one form or another. Perhaps your family has come to our facility for Family Fun Day and Discovery Expedition or your children or grandchildren have experienced our incredible inflatable planetarium at their school. You may have attended one of our thought-provoking Learning Forums and special NASA SD Space Consortium programming, or you’ve seen us at Kids Fair, Neutrino Days or Lakota National Invitational. However you have been touched by The Journey, consider how your contribution could help us touch the lives of others. It’s through your help that we continue to extend our reach to educate those with a unique and one-of-a-kind experience, and instill wonder into those that may become the future leaders for generations to come.
Through the kindness of those in our community, we were able to fix the windows that were broken into and store the van in a more secure location. ‘Outreach to the Stars’ is The Journey Museum & Learning Center’s new campaign to strengthen and advance our educational outreach program. We’re collecting funds to purchase a new cargo van that will serve as a more suitable education outreach vehicle, allowing us more room and more opportunity for outreach programming and alleviating the difficulty of our education team lifting heavy trunks in and out of a regular caravan.
‘Outreach to the Stars’ can only be successful through your help. Our goal is to raise $30,000 in the next 6 months. Consider making a tax-deductible donation TODAY!
